"It works, but the approval flow feels a little clunky to me"
I’ve been using it for approvals, and overall it gets the job done. That said, in my experience the workflow feels a bit clunky, and approvals can take longer than I’d like. It’s not a dealbreaker for me, but I do wish it felt a little smoother.

"Preview is spot on"
I mostly use Later to see how everything’s going to look before I schedule it. The preview has been really close to what shows up on my Instagram feed, so I usually catch any weird cropping or off-looking stuff before it goes live. That part has been super helpful.

"Mobile app has been kind of clunky lately"
I really wanted to like Later since the desktop version has been decent for me, but the mobile app has been frustrating lately. It freezes right when I’m trying to schedule posts, and sometimes the preview just doesn’t load, which makes me wonder if the app is being given the same attention as the desktop side.
Notifications are also really inconsistent, and that sort of ruins the whole point of using it for scheduling. Support was nice enough, but after updating like they suggested, I was still running into the same problems, so it felt like the issue was just politely brushed off

"Helpful for planning, though a little clunky"
We’ve been using later to plan posts with our small team, it’s been useful. I like that everyone can look at the calendar and drop comments in one place, so we’re not constantly sending little messages back and forth.
That said, I don’t know, the approval process can feel a bit confusing sometimes, and a few people on our team seem to miss notifications here and there. Once you get the hang of it, it works fine, but it’s just not quite as smooth as I thought it would be. It’s a decent tool overall, just maybe not perfect for team collaboration yet.

I mostly use Later for scheduling Instagram posts and reels, and overall it’s been simple to get started. Connecting my account was easy, and I do like being able to plan things out ahead of time. The preview feature is also really helpful when I’m trying to see how everything will look.
That said, umm, the Instagram integration hasn’t always been the smoothest for me. I’ve had posts fail a few times or had to reconnect my account, which gets frustrating. Reels can also be a bit annoying to set up. It’s not awful, but it’s not quite as reliable as I was hoping, so I’d give it 3 stars for now.

"I’ve been using Later for a few..."
I’ve been using Later for a few influencer campaigns, and overall it’s made things a lot easier to manage. Keeping track of posts, approvals, and what still needs to go live is straightforward. A few parts can be a little slow to load, and I do wish the reporting was clearer. I’m also mindful of price, so I’m always weighing whether the features justify the cost, but for now it does save me time and gets the job done.

"Permissions feel clear and trustworthy"
I was a little nervous about connecting my Instagram and Facebook at first, and I’m sure other small business owners probably feel the same way. Later did a good job explaining what permissions it needed, and it didn’t feel like it was asking for random extra access.
I also appreciate that it’s easy to remove accounts or adjust access when you need to. For me, and probably for a lot of other customers who just want to feel in control, it feels secure and straightforward with no weird surprises so far.

I’ve been using the Shopify connection for a bit, and it’s been good overall. The product tagging definitely saves me time, at least from what I can tell, and most things have been running smoothly. I’m not totally sure I’ve used every feature yet, but so far it’s been a solid help

"The media library won me over fast"
Snap judgment: Later is worth it for the media library alone. I mostly use it to organize photos, and it’s just really easy to sort everything and find what I need later. Saves me a ton of time digging around.

I use Later for a few client accounts, and tbh it does a solid job keeping everything organized. Switching between profiles is super easy, and the scheduling layout is clear. It can be a little slow sometimes when media is loading, ngl, but overall it saves me a ton of back-and-forth.

I started using Later to schedule my posts, the whole process was really easy from the beginning. The calendar view is straightforward and just makes sense, so I didn’t feel like I had to sit through a bunch of tutorials to figure it out. Some scheduling tools can feel a little overwhelming, but this one was simple and smooth to use. It’s been saving me time every week, which I really appreciate.

"The link in bio tool just didn’t work well for me"
I mainly tried Later because I wanted a solid link in bio tool for my own stuff, but it felt kind of clunky. Getting it set up wasn’t too bad, but whenever I tried to edit blocks, it felt slow, and sometimes my changes didn’t show up right away. That got annoying fast. I also felt like the layout options were limited for what I personally wanted to do. It technically works, but for the price, I expected something a lot smoother. I ended up dropping it after a few weeks.

"AI captions didn’t really hit for me"
I tried using the AI caption thing because I was hoping it would make posting faster, but most of the captions came out generic. Maybe I didn’t give it enough to work with or I’m using it a bit wrong, I’m not sure. I still had to rewrite a lot of them, so it only saved me a little time. For what I’m paying, I expected it to be more useful...

"Later has been decent for…"
Later has been decent for checking how my posts are doing. I can see the basics like clicks, reach, and general performance, which is helpful. But when I want to dig into more detailed numbers, it feels like I have to do extra work to figure things out. I also expected the instructions and reporting setup to be a bit clearer, especially when trying to understand the analytics. It’s not bad if you just need simple tracking, but I do wish the analytics were more flexible and easier to follow.

"Felt like support wasn't really listening"
The tool itself is fine, but dealing with support was really frustrating. I waited days just to hear back, and when they finally replied, it didn’t actually solve my problem. it kind of felt like I was being ignored the whole time.

I’ve been using Later for a few months now for my weekly posts, it’s been really steady for me... which is pretty much all I wanted.
My posts go out when they’re supposed to, and I haven’t run into those random failed uploads I used to get with another scheduling tool. The calendar is simple enough to use, and it doesn’t freeze up or make things more complicated than they need to be.
There’s not much else to say, really. It just works, and it saves me from having to check every post manually. For reliability, I’d give it 5 stars...
