We are PAYING for a service and only have a support option "chatbot" which helps with nothing obviously because chatbots don't work. This is almost criminal. We had a simple billing address update request and it took me ages. No thank you to this service, look somewhere else.

Absolutely no customer service, program errors all the time and the only way of communicating is via email. Avoid at all costs!

I was a customer for over 5 years and when I upgraded to add some functionality, noticed a couple of weeks later I was being overcharged. Support sent me a long list of instructions to reconfigure my account but refused to refund the money I paid because of "firm policy". Replies to my queries were very slow so I looked around & am using another service that is much better at half the price. The Later system is clunky & expensive.

Can you pls for gods sakes STOP sending me unwanted emails?
I downloaded and deleted 1yr ago and never used it. You have since bombarded me with unwanted emails I have told you I don’t have your app.

The media uploader does not work. Small images, nothing over 1k and the app just times out. Beyond frustrating.

I've been using Later for organizing posts for my music tutor portal (muuv.dk) for several years. It is a bit expensive for the proper package, but it is in my opinion also the best service (I've through many years tried all the other well-known platforms).

With other services connections get losts all the time, but with Later it works perfect.

The idea is good, but the execution is so far behind the others out there. I can use this for about 7 out of 10 posts, the remainder I have to post through the actual platform (insta or fb). I do not recommend Later at all. Later should be see you later!

I’d recommend hootsuite,
I was using Later, ran into a bug with there instagram to Facebook connection..
Then couldn’t schedule any posts.
If it wasn’t for the alternative I mentioned above.
I would of been screwed.
Trust the bug to happen exactly 13 days after the last payment.
Which means I’ve paid for a month that I can’t use and they won’t give a refund.

Features don't work, the ticket was escalated from the support team to the development team, and days later the issue has not been resolved.

Very shady company, I will definitely sign up with sprout social instead!

Underwhelming product that misleads people. Plenty of people have left reviews describing how unusable the product is. I want to focus on their misleading pricing page. If you choose the annual payment plan, YOU CANNOT CANCEL after 14 days. They won't even prorate it. So if you use it 15 days, you will get $0 back. Take a stand and don't support companies that can't stand behind their product. What a greasy experience!

RUN AWAY. Dont be like me and waste your 150 hard earn dollars on their year plan. The tool isn't nearly as complete as facebook's, and the worst is, THEY WILL ASK YOU TO PAY MORE IF YOU WANT TO SEND MORE THAN 30 POSTS A YEAR.
I can't believe the company is still standing with such a low standard of service. Utter scam.

Is this a joke? You could tag products on Instagram and now they have made the excuse that you need to pay more to be able to use that feature.
They are thieves. There are many other tools where you can tag products on Instagram without having to upgrade your plan. They lost a customer.

I've been using this platform for over a year now and this is my review.

While using later's basic capabilities with a single social account the service was OK it become a nightmare to use for multiple social accounts.

I've been paying for the starter package and later upgraded for the growth package.

I've found myself babysitting later's platform instead of enjoying automation as supposed to be as the system DO NOT notify you if there are issues with your posts.

I've found out that a whole month of posts to Facebook haven't been posted due to "connection error", but the system DO NOT inform you of this.

I've found out that posts to Instagram have been published in the wrong crop size or without tags as the first comment or without location due to "errors" that again - YOU'RE NOT BEING INFORMED.

Reaching out to support help nothing,
they have very limited knowledge and they are not willing to reach out beyond their domain to the dev team to find out what is wrong and how to make it right.

Babysitting a tool that cost $40 a month is not for me and after over a year of usage, I will find a new platform to help me manage my social media which respects my time and money.

The app used to be good but their "free forever" guarantee is a lie. They intentionally change their free plans to be more and more restrictive until it's unusable and forces you to pay (only 10 IG images now allowed a month). I don't make any money from my instagram so it's unfair that I'm expected to pay Later to post on it. I'm going to have to start using a new app

Worst platform. Will stop publishing your posts without notifying you. Every time it says connection error. Be careful. I have lost many clients due to this bad platform. I wish I could put 0.
